編碼器是目前快速門當(dāng)中最長(zhǎng)使用的限位裝置。



Encoder is the longest used limit device in the fast gate at present.

分為增量式和絕對(duì)值式兩種。



It can be divided into two types: incremental and absolute.



二者與不同的變頻器調(diào)配使用的調(diào)試辦法會(huì)有所不同，因此，今日的文章不通用于所有口操控器品牌。



They will be different from the debugging methods used in different frequency converter allocation. Therefore, today's article is not applicable to all mouth controller brands.

Connection debugging method of absolute encoder for Daqing Express Gate stacking door



1 變頻器操控形式改為絕對(duì)值編碼器形式（C31.05=2），把編碼器連接好。



1. Change the control mode of frequency converter to absolute encoder (C31.05=2), connect the encoder well.



（如未連接，變頻器會(huì)呈現(xiàn) A.LC報(bào)警提示）。



If not connected, the frequency converter will present an A. LC alarm.



2 確定編碼器裝置方位。左邊設(shè)定C31.06=1。右側(cè)設(shè)定C31.06=0。



2. Determine the orientation of the encoder. Set C31.06 = 1 on the left. On the right, set C31.06 = 0.



（注：絕對(duì)值編碼器裝置在減速機(jī)上為例。）

3 短接端子上的G和X4，進(jìn)行下限及上限的方位設(shè)定。



The G and X4 on the short terminal set the position of the lower limit and the upper limit.



4 下限設(shè)定：點(diǎn)動(dòng)下降，調(diào)整門到下限方位。



4 lower limit setting: click down, adjust the door to the lower limit orientation.



按下急停按鈕，按住下降按鈕2秒。變頻器呈現(xiàn)AT0提示，下限設(shè)定結(jié)束。



Press the stop button and hold down the drop button for 2 seconds. The transducer presents AT0 prompt and the lower limit setting ends.

5 上限設(shè)定：點(diǎn)動(dòng)上升，調(diào)整門到上限方位。按下急停按鈕，按住上升按鈕2秒。



5 upper limit setting: point up, adjust the door to the upper limit orientation. Press the stop button and hold the up button for 2 seconds.



變頻器呈現(xiàn)AT0提示，上限設(shè)定結(jié)束。



The transducer presents AT0 prompt and the upper limit is set.



（如需求半開/全開功用，設(shè)置C31.08=1。



(For half-open/full-open functions, set C31.08 = 1.



在“手動(dòng)”設(shè)置半開上限，在“自動(dòng)”設(shè)置全開上限，操作辦法相同）。



Set half-open upper limit in "manual" and full-open upper limit in "automatic", the same way of operation.



6 移除G和X4短接線，能夠進(jìn)行正常的開門/關(guān)門操作。



6. Remove G and X4 short wiring to perform normal open/close operation.
